The second quarter of 2025 saw interesting trends among the top music and audio applications on the Android platform in Denmark. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps exhibited various patterns in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts maintained a steady presence in Denmark, with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $26K in late April. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of 1.4K in mid-April, while active users remained fairly stable around 260K throughout the quarter.

Podimo - Podcasts & Audiobooks, a local favorite, experienced consistent weekly revenue, reaching about $13K at the end of June. Downloads rose significantly towards the quarter's end, peaking at 670, while active users increased steadily, surpassing 37K by late June.

Pocket FM: Audio Series showed growth in revenue, peaking at $3.2K in the final week of June. Downloads were highest in early May at 383, and active users saw a gradual increase, reaching over 1K mid-quarter.

TIDAL Music: HiFi sound saw its revenue peak at $3.8K at the end of June, with downloads hitting 198 in the same period. Active users, however, showed a decline over the quarter, ending at around 7.5K.

SoundCloud: The Music You Love had a stable quarter, with revenue peaking at $2.5K in late June. Downloads reached a high of 1.1K in late April, while active users saw a slight decline, ending the quarter at about 11.4K.
